Turnkey lines,
planned and built
in house

We plan, build and install complete converting lines, so what you specify is what runs, without gaps between machines or suppliers along the way.

What does turnkey mean at Narendra?

At Narendra, turnkey is not about selling more machines. It is about owning the whole line: making sure printing, coating, lamination and slitting fit together from the outset. The goal is to reduce risk, plan the plant early, and keep one point of responsibility from design to commissioning.

A line planned end to end

01
Line planning and layout

We plan the full converting sequence around your substrate, throughput and floor, aligning every machine and utility from the outset.

02
In-house engineering

Each machine is engineered and prepared for fabrication on our own design and machining systems, minimizing waste, errors and rework.

03
In-house manufacturing

Fabrication on our own VMC, CNC and grinding machines, with quality control and real progress tracking at every workstation for high productivity.

04
Assembly and testing

Every machine is assembled and run on our floor before it ships, so the line arrives proven rather than proven for the first time at your plant.

05
Installation and commissioning

We install and commission on your floor, sequencing the line so start up is planned and predictable, with our own engineers present.

06
Support and spares

IoT enabled remote diagnostics, service and spare parts keep the line running for years, with the people who built it standing behind it from design to commissioning. ONE RESPONSIBILITY

One line, one responsibility

When one shop builds the whole line, problems are not discovered at commissioning. They are prevented at the source, and start up becomes planned assembly. That is the difference between buying machines and buying a line.

Approach
FAQs
Do we have to buy the whole line?

No. You can buy a single machine or a complete line. Turnkey is simply the option when you want one supplier to plan, build and take responsibility for the whole converting sequence.

Can you integrate with machines we already run?

Yes. We analyse your existing line and define the scope so new machines slot in and work with what you already operate.

Does turnkey help timelines or only responsibility?

Both. One coordinated plan reduces rework and mismatches, which improves timelines and cost while giving you a single point of responsibility.
