Wet lamination of paper and foil registered HSL coating on one line
A 325 metre per minute combi that builds two layer coated or three layer laminated paper foil structures in a single pass, with register control, twin chilling rollers and hot air recirculation keeping every job in control. Register heat seal or cold seal, the same line adapts to your mix.
It is a two in one combi machine designed to build 3-ply paper foil laminates in a single pass, through a precise, automated and highly controlled system. It integrates wet lamination, a registered coating head and a high efficiency curing tunnel, ensuring a constant and traceable level of quality from the first metre onward.

Complete Gravo2in1 build process
The project begins with a detailed specification of the machine from Narendra Gravure’s technical office, in coordination with your production team. At this stage the lamination, coating and curing options are matched to your substrates and structures, and the mechanical and electrical drawings for in house manufacturing are generated.
The machine is produced through an in house process focused on precision and quality control. Our VMC, CNC and grinding machines ensure repeatability, reliability and a consistent result, reducing deviations compared with bought in assemblies.
Installation is simple and efficient: the machine is commissioned on your floor through an agile and uncertainty free start up, thanks to prior testing and the preparation of drawings and documentation, contributing to a cleaner and safer route into full production.
