Yes. GravoLam Solventless runs at up to 350 metres per minute with a monocomponent adhesive, producing odour free laminates for food grade, pharmaceutical and FMCG work, with the pre mixture pump and tank included in the supply.
Often, yes. GravoLam Dry doubles as a single head coater, and Gravo2in1 combines wet lamination and registered coating to build two layer coated or three layer laminated structures on one line.
GravoSlit HSS slits fragile multilayer laminates at up to 400 metres per minute, while GravoSlit Drum handles every multilayer laminate, from aluminium foils to polyester films to paper based laminates, on a stable centre drum.
GravoCheck is a reversible inspection rewinder that screens printed webs before downstream processes, and GravoDoc is a doctoring machine that salvages finished reels affected by defects such as slipping during final winding.
A floating unwind, pneumatic side thrust for rewind tension, quick change chucks and razor in groove slitting keep cuts clean and edges undamaged, even on the most fragile multilayer structures.
Yes. Slit widths from 100 to 600 mm and web widths up to 1800 mm are configured per job, with high pressure trim removal and SIEMENS closed loop control set from a touch screen panel.
