Solvent Less Lamination machine is used for lamination of 2 substrates using a solvent free (monocomponent) adhesive. Solvent-less lamination machines are ideal for food grade, pharma and FMCG packaging jobs because the laminates made on solvent-less lamination machines are odor free. In contrast to traditional lamination machines, this is a compact machine which takes up very little floor area and does not have heating requirements. Machine has an ergonomic design and is operator friendly.
Having a 100% in-house manufacturing philosophy, we include the pre-mixture pump and tank for the solventless machine in the scope of supply. Having a reliable pre mixture pump ensures repeatability of jobs while maintaining highest quality required by FMCG industry, especially for food grade products.
