Intro

It is a separating machine designed to delaminate release coated PET and produce transfer metalized paper and board, through a precise, automated and highly controlled system. It runs at 400 metres per minute with the tension and web control needed to separate cleanly from the first metre onward.

The counterpart to lamination, the GravoSeparate returns clean transfer metalized paper or board ready for the next process, as a reliable, repeatable and job specific solution today.
Advantages

Key features and benefits

01
400 mpm
Continuous delamination

A high running speed for continuous separating work, returning transfer metalized paper and board without interruption.

02
Release-coated PET
Hoist for reel unloading

The integrated hoist arrangement makes unloading released PET easy while keeping the machine’s footprint compact.

03
Online trim remover
Edge to edge transfer metalised paper

The online trim removal system delivers finished, print-ready paper straight from the machine with no further processing required.

04
Built in house
Made and proven under one roof

Every GravoSeparate is designed, fabricated, assembled and tested on our own VMC, CNC and grinding machines, so the people who built it support it.

One machine, controlled delamination in line

GravoSeparate integrates unwind, a controlled separation nip, tension control and dual rewinds into a single machine, working as a complete system to hold quality across the run.

Complete GravoSeparate 400 build process

01
Specification and technical definition

The project begins with a detailed specification of the machine from Narendra Gravure’s technical office, in coordination with your production team. At this stage the configuration is matched to your substrates and structures, and the mechanical and electrical drawings for in house manufacturing are generated.

02
Manufacturing

The machine is produced through an in house process focused on precision and quality control. Our VMC, CNC and grinding machines ensure repeatability, reliability and a consistent result, reducing deviations compared with bought in assemblies.

03
Installation

Installation is simple and efficient: the machine is commissioned on your floor through an agile and uncertainty free start up, thanks to prior testing and the preparation of drawings and documentation, contributing to a cleaner and safer route into full production.

GravoSeparate 400 for your line

It can be integrated into lines developed by third parties. Based on your existing layout, or with support from our technical office, we adapt the machine to slot into your line, ready to install and run.

We analyse the technical fit and define the best way to integrate it, maintaining control over timelines, cost and finished quality.
