Your vector is embedded untouched, with each web kept in its own colour. Directions were read from the arrows in your reference and applied per web, and all three reel rims turn anticlockwise to match. Use Reverse to flip the whole line, tap a colour to hide that web, and Paper to switch between blueprint and drawing views.
